April 26 – 30, 2026
CampFI is adding another International event for 2026!
CampFI is going to Italy!
Nestled in the heart of Umbria, the timeless city of Assisi, Italy offers the perfect setting for CampFI-a gathering that celebrates connection, purpose, and financial freedom. Known for its breathtaking views, ancient stone streets, and the peaceful energy that radiates from centuries of art, faith, and community, Assisi invites reflection and renewal. Our venue, Oasi Sacro Cuore, embodies the city’s spirit of simplicity and serenity, providing a tranquil retreat surrounded by olive groves and rolling hills. It’s an ideal place to step away from the noise of daily life, share meaningful conversations, and explore what it means to live intentionally-together, in one of the most inspiring corners of the world.
Deviating from the typical CampFI schedule of a 3 night event from Friday to Monday, CampFI: Italy will be a FOUR night event from Sunday April 26th to Thursday April 30th. Your ticket covers all meals, lodging, CampFI presentations and workshops.
Watch the linked video I found on YouTube to get a sense of the setting in Assisi, Italy.
Our Venue
Oasi del Sacro Cuore – Assisi
The Sacred Heart Oasis was established in 1933 by Father Agostino Gemelli and Armida Barelli, founders of the Catholic University. The facility, nestled in greenery, is located just a short distance from San Damiano and the Basilica of Santa Chiara in Assisi.
Surrounded by a large park, it boasts 54 rooms, some with views of the city of Assisi and the plain of Santa Maria degli Angeli. Guests can enjoy a bar, meeting rooms, a TV lounge, and disabled access. The facility also includes a spacious equipped meeting room and a chapel.
Can I get a private room?
The retreat center we are renting has both single and shared rooms. We have 23 single occupancy rooms and 22 double occupancy rooms (67 total people). If you prefer a private room, please choose the single occupancy ticket at registration.
**To clarify – a ticket needs to be purchased for each person. The Double Occupancy choice means you will be sharing with someone else who also has a separate Double Occupancy ticket. It does not mean that one ticket gets you an entire room with two beds.**
All rooms have a bathroom and free WIFI internet
How many tickets are there?
We have room for 67 people at this event. We will open up a waiting list and discuss with the retreat center any possibilities of opening up more spots once all the original tickets are sold.
What happens after I register?
After registering, you’ll receive a confirmation email. By the end of November, I’ll send you an invitation to join a virtual meeting to discuss travel planning, activities, and any additional preparation concerns you have. The meeting will be recorded for later reference in case you are unable to jump on the call and will also be shared with future registrants.
What are your terms and conditions, cancellation policy, and view on travel insurance?
Terms and Conditions
- Limit two tickets per purchase.
- If you’re unsure of your attendance or plan to onward sell your ticket(s), do not purchase. Having fully committed, excited attendees is important for planning timelines and creating an extraordinary event!
- Your participation is required pre-retreat to create a smooth experience for you. The organizer reserves the right to issue a ticket refund if event planning is impeded, e.g. failure to read, respond or action communications.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel, please let me know as soon as possible.
Tickets are NOT transferrable.
Considering my limited resources and upfront costs, I have the following cancellation policy.
CampFI: Italy cancellation policy
- If you cancel before January 15th, 2025, you will forfeit US$200 per person.
- If you cancel after January 14th, 2025 and before March 15th, 2025 you will forfeit US$400 per person.
- If you cancel after March 14th, 2025, there will be no refund.
Travel Insurance
I recommend travel insurance with Covid and full medical coverage. Covid taught us that life is uncertain, and things—beyond our control—happen regularly.
