CampFI returns to Texas in 2026!
CampFI is a 3 day & night retreat that generally includes over 50 campers on their road to financial independence. Accommodations and recreational activities vary by location, usually including double occupancy hotel-style rooms. However, past accommodations have included single-person rooms (one bed), some rooms with more than two people and even outdoorsy tent / chalet options. Again, each camp venue will have it’s own specific offerings. In 2025 there were a total of 13 camps in 6 locations (Florida, Spain, Virginia, Colorado Springs, Minnesota, and Texas). All indications are that the CampFI community will continue to strengthen and grow in 2026.

CampFI is an inclusive place, open to everyone regardless of where you are on the path to Financial Independence (from heavily in debt to already Financially Independent)

CampFI is NOT JUST FOR BLOGGERS! People from all walks of life including students, dentists, lawyers, engineers, accountants, and members of the military share their unique experiences and interesting stories. Strong and lasting friendships will be made.
I have rented out a retreat center located 30-40 minutes north of the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW).
Your ticket covers one person’s FOOD and LODGING for 3 nights.
LODGING OPTIONS:
We have 30 double-occupancy rooms available to our group. Each has two full-size beds along with a private bathroom.
There will be two people per room. If you come solo, you will share a room with another person of the same gender.
Q&A:
How much are children?
< 3 years old: Free
3 – 12 years old: $300 each
>12 years old: Full Price
Children are welcome. Rooms are double occupancy. If two adults bring a child, there is no charge for the child under 3 years old as that does not increase the amount of lodging capacity required.
Can I get a private room?
No. The retreat center has provided us double occupancy rooms. This is reflected in the pricing.
How many tickets are there?
There are 55 tickets available.
